I had a pleasant stay. The location was great for getting around, and the room was comfortable with a nice flat-screen TV and clean carpet. The staff was friendly and I really appreciated the free breakfast offered each morning, which helped start my day off well.

Not ideal for light sleepers

The room was clean and had a microwave and fridge. Was nice to have free breakfast of waffles and cereal, even if a little basic.

Paid a bit much considering the bed felt like sleeping on a concrete slab.

we had a great stay at express inn. check-in was super fast—just 5 minutes! the queen room was spotless, with fresh sheets and a clean bathroom. breakfast was a nice perk, too, with cereals, muffins, and even a self-make waffle station. the location was perfect for our trip to memphis, and we appreciated the well-lit, convenient parking, especially being tucked away between two freeways but still remarkably quiet.
